We help locals get fit and get to know each other
Join us at one of our VITFIT Group Training Sessions, we’ll show you how to train effectively with Kettlebells, Battling Ropes, Sandbags, Resistance bands and your own bodyweight as well. Each workout is a mix of physical activities like HIIT (high-intensity-interval-training), Sprint training, Bodyweight training, Running, Fun Challenges and Team Building activities. Each session is scaled to cater for all fitness levels
