We have developed a structured training program based on effective large group training principles inspired by the military but with added fun aspects and much safer way to deliver it.   Each workout is done in outdoors, in a local public park near you (currently we offer Mascot and City locations).

Our workouts are structured in a way so that you can start your training with us anytime.

Activities during each workout are almost never the same, reason being to keep your physical fitness challenged and avoid boredom.

This varies with activities like HIIT (high-intensity-interval-training), Sprint training, Bodyweight training, Running groups, Team Challenges and Boxing.

We use various fitness apparatus during our workouts and all is provided. You can look forward to learning how to train effectively with things like Kettlebells, Battling Ropes, Sandbags, Resistance bands and more.

Our Outdoor Bootcamp programs run continuously throughout the year and you can start at any time.
