Semi-Private Personal Training
With all the elements of one-on-one Personal Training session but with the added fun of friendly competition. Two Mates Personal Training is a great way to get results whilst sharing the journey with someone else you know. Bring a workmate, friend, partner or a family member with similar fitness goals and inspire each other as you progress. The best part? You get to share the cost and pay less!
Our Personal Training services also includes free online coaching which allows our personal trainers to create additional workouts for their clients to follow on days when they are training on their own or when unavailable to come to the gym. Good communication between you and your personal trainer is important so you can ask any time if you have any questions. You an contact your trainer anytime via sms, call or email directly. We are here for you.
Your trainer will design a specific training program for you that will help you achieve those goals*. This program will keep getting adjusted for you as you progress.
Additional training program to follow form your phone so you can do additional workouts when you are not with your trainer. This is free of charge service when you commit to 3 session per week.
At the beginning and every few weeks we assess you health status like body fat %, waist to hip ratio you posture and more. This gives both you and your trainer a clear picture of where you’re at.
Key to success is setting goals, your Personal trainer will assess your fitness on regular basis so keep constantly aiming for improvement. We measure your fitness based you your specific goals (such as strength, flexibility, endurance, cardio).
Healthy Eating Tips
When it comes to health and fitness , exercise is not enough, that’s why we put strong emphasis on healthy eating also. With us you will receive regular check ups on your eating and your trainer will advise you what would be best for you.
