The Project You is about taking ownership over how you feel and perform and doing something about it. It’s about improving your fitness, improving your wellbeing, improving your mindset, improving your energy levels, improving how you feel every day and just generally enjoying your life to it’s full potential!
 
It’s about dedicating your time to do something different, to do something you don’t normally do, to do something that will make you feel and look better. It’s about changing your habits for the better, longer lasting, more active, healthy and happy lifestyle!
 
Although Project You is more of a lifetime type of project, think of the  ‘Your 6 Weeks Challenge’ as a catalyst to an ongoing improvement. A Challenge to really get things started off the ground!

What does the science say?

Studies show that regular exercise not only helps to prevent several chronic diseases but also how you feel, how you think and how much you remember. There is also a direct relationship between how much physical you are and your health status with the greatest improvements in health status seen when people who are least fit become physically active.

How does it work and what you get when you join

    You'll get an email

    Once you join the challenge, we’ll send you a welcome email. You’ll find all the important info there to get you prepared for the challenge, along with a link to set up your personal profile and with a simple questionnaire where you’ll tell us a little bit more about yourself, your exercise history and couple of other questions so we can assign the right type of training program for you. Depending on the option you enroll to there may be some additional info (for example where the group training sessions take place and/or how to book your 1on1 Personal Training Sessions; if you are on the premium option).

  • Connector.

    You’ll set up your online profile.

    To make things more convenient for you and easy to follow all your workouts on the fly we’ve developed a simple to use mobile app called “VITFIT Coach”. This is where you’ll access your training programs and track your progress as you go (take before and after photos for your self to compare along with other measurements to keep you motivated. All workouts will be tailored to your fitness and each workout will have videos on each exercise so you know EXACTLY what and how to do it (again info on this will be part of the welcome email). Exciting stuff indeed !

  • Connector.

    Private Support Group

    While you’ll wait for the challenge to start you’ll be asked to join our secret Challenge Support Group (only available to participants of the next challenge). This is a place where you can ask questions, get feedback & support from our Coaches, give helpful feedback/ support to others, access valuable resources to help you on your journey to becoming a better version of yourself. It is a place where you can discuss among each other too as a community to help each other during the challenge. We’ll also be sending you a whole bunch of emails with extra tips and resources to support you on your journey in addition to this.
